Role : Induction Trainer/Operational Learning and Development Analyst - AVPLocation : LondonDuration : 6 months PAYE contractOverall purpose of the role To deliver and coordinate structured inductions and training that accelerate new Advisor readiness and productivity within Planning and Advice.Key SkillsProgramme Coordination: End-to-end management of plans, dependencies, risks, and diverse stakeholders.Learning Design and E-Learning Development: Creating role-based, practical learning materials for regulated advice by partnering with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Design and develop interactive e-learning materials for new hire onboarding using Adobe Creative Suite/Captivate.Training Delivery: Facilitating engaging virtual and in-person sessions while maintaining a consistent standard across all cohorts.Communication and Influence: Communicating complex or sensitive information clearly and confidently to influence stakeholders and achieve outcomes.Analytical and Risk Mindset: Utilizing data-driven insights (MI/QA) for continuous improvement, alongside a strong awareness of risk, controls, and disciplined governance.Key responsibilitiesCoordinate comprehensive induction activities across the business to ensure new joiners are fully equipped with the necessary knowledge, tools, and behaviors.Achieve official accreditation to manage and facilitate sessions within the specialized Learning and Training Induction Lab.Scope out and design induction content in collaboration with ..... full job details .....
