The business is known for its curated indoor plant offering, creative merchandising, and community-focused retail approach - and this role sits right at the centre of it.They are looking for someone who can take full ownership of the indoor plant, pot, and homeware departments. This is a hands-on management position responsible for the look, feel, and commercial performance of the indoor space, combining visual creativity with operational leadership and top-tier customer service.An interest or baseline knowledge of horticulture / house plants / outdoor plants is a requirement for the role.The RoleAs Indoor Living Department Manager, you''ll oversee the day-to-day running of the indoor area, lead a small team, and ensure the department trades efficiently and looks exceptional throughout the week.
