• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent service.
• Generate quotations, and coordinate with operations.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services and maximise customer value.
• Resolve any service issues quickly and professionally.
• Identify the needs of both new and current customers.

Experience for Indoor Account Manager

• Previous account management experience, ideally in transport, courier, or logistics-sectors.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Able to commute easily to our Heathrow office.
