About the Role:

• Provide tailored 1:1 support to help a child thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
• Assist with communication strategies, including BSL, Makaton, or other AAC methods (Not essential)
• Implement individual learning strategies in line with the child''s Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP).
• Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and external professionals to adapt learning activities.
• Encourage independence while offering reassurance and guidance.
• Track progress and share key insights with the wider school team and parents.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment, following safeguarding policies.
