We''re looking for an experienced and creative fundraiser to help grow and run the daily management of our Individual Giving programme, inspiring more people to support our work and become loyal, long-term champions of young people across the UK. The Individual Giving Manager is a maternity cover role for one year, starting September 2026. You''ll lead the development and delivery of engaging fundraising appeals across digital and offline channels, creating exceptional supporter experiences that encourage one-off donors to become regular givers. Working closely with colleagues across Fundraising and Brand and Marketing, you''ll use data insight, creativity and organisational skills to build meaningful supporter journeys and maximise engagement. You''ll manage campaigns from concept through to evaluation, monitor performance against targets and budgets, and ensure all activity meets fundraising and compliance standards.
