Individual Giving Manager

This charity supports thousands of NHS staff and over a million patients every year, funding vital projects, equipment, and wellbeing initiatives that make a real difference to patient care and staff experience across a major hospital trust. As Individual Giving Manager, you will lead the charity s individual giving programme, developing and delivering strategies to increase donor acquisition and retention, grow sustainable income streams, and build strong supporter relationships. This includes managing cash appeals, regular giving (including face-to-face), lottery products, and legacy marketing campaigns. You will also play a key role in shaping the charity s gifts in wills programme and implementing innovative digital donor journeys.
