Individual Giving Manager

Reporting to the CEO, this is an exciting opportunity to shape and grow individual giving activity. Currently the income sits around £1.2m from individual giving and the charity have previously invested heavily in face to face acquisition. As the Individual Giving Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of supporter acquisition, retention and upgrade campaigns across multiple channels. You''ll have the opportunity to influence future fundraising strategy, test new ideas and products, and help build long-term supporter relationships that generate significant voluntary income for the charity. To be successful as the Individual Giving Manager, you will need: Proven experience delivering income growth within a fundraising or marketing environment.
