Individual Giving Manager (1829)

We have an exciting opportunity for an Individual Giving Manager to help grow support for the Royal Shakespeare Company. Working closely with the Head of Individual Giving, you will develop and deliver fundraising campaigns that inspire audiences to become members, patrons and donors, while ensuring our supporters receive outstanding stewardship and engagement opportunities. Reporting to the Head of Individual Giving, your key areas of responsibility will include: Developing and delivering individual giving campaigns to recruit, retain and upgrade donors, members and patrons. Planning and managing integrated fundraising activity across digital, direct mail, telephone and face-to-face channels. Creating compelling supporter journeys that encourage deeper engagement and long-term support. Managing donor stewardship, communications and exclusive supporter experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects the RSC''s values. Working collaboratively with colleagues across Development, Brand and Audiences and Communications to deliver effective fundraising content and campaigns. Monitoring campaign performance, analysing supporter data and using insights to improve future fundraising activity. To be suitable for this role, it is essential that you have: Experience of managing successful Individual Giving, Membership or Patron fundraising programmes.
