Individual Giving Lead (Maternity Cover)

The Individual Giving Lead (Acquisition) sits within the Individual and Legacy Giving team and is responsible for raising funds through prize-led individual giving activity. The role leads the development and delivery of donor acquisition campaigns for prize - led products, creating compelling propositions that engage supporters through Guy''s and St Thomas'' Charity''s prize-led fundraising products. The Individual Giving Lead for the prize - led programme manages integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, driving growth in player numbers, supporter value and long-term engagement. The role uses insight, testing and performance analysis to optimise campaign effectiveness, ensuring all activity is data-driven, compliant and delivers strong financial returns. Key Responsibilities Strategy and campaign leadership: Develop and deliver the prize-led acquisition campaigns with income and player acquisition targets. Identify growth opportunities within prize-led fundraising models. Manage campaign lifecycles from concept to evaluation. Campaign management and delivery: Create detailed project plans, briefs, schedules and budgets. Manage campaign timelines to ensure delivery on time and to income targets. Work across channels including direct mail, digital, paid social, DRTV (where relevant), email and telemarketing.
