This role is responsible for leading the procurement of indirect goods and services, developing supplier relationships, driving cost-saving initiatives, and managing a small procurement team.This position would suit a commercially focused procurement professional who enjoys balancing strategic sourcing activities with day-to-day operational management.Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Indirect Procurement Team.Develop procurement strategies to support business objectives.Manage supplier selection, sourcing activities, tenders, and contract negotiations.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Identify and deliver cost reduction and value improvement opportunities.Monitor and improve supplier performance and service levels.Oversee procurement activities through SAP or a similar ERP system.Manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.Ensure timely contract renewals and supplier compliance.Support operational teams by ensuring the effective supply of indirect goods and services.Produce procurement reports and performance metrics.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the procurement function.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
