The role: You will be balancing a variety of spend categories, managing multiple stakeholders. Main responsibilities: Control of the sourcing strategy for a selected group of indirect commodities. Identify, benchmark, and select new suppliers to deliver your sourcing strategy. Manage an established global network of suppliers and contracts to deliver against challenging project schedules. Establish contracts and framework agreements to ensure security of supply and delivery of improvements against KPIs. Identify alternative sources to reduce supply costs and improve quality. Implement and progress effective supplier development plans, yielding tangible improvements. Co-ordinate activities between the business and suppliers to improve performance aligned with operational and business priorities.
