The role will manage indirect suppliers, commodities and services, helping to maintain business continuity, control costs and provide effective operational support across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Manage assigned indirect supplier relationships, ensuring agreed service, cost, delivery, quality and responsiveness targets are achieved Place and manage purchase orders, review purchase requisitions, respond to ERP action messages and follow up on outstanding orders Resolve invoice issues, pricing discrepancies, cancellations, expediting requirements and goods or service-related queries Maintain procurement parameters, including supplier agreements, lead times, minimum order quantities, delivery frequencies and service levels Support cost reduction initiatives, minimise supplier cost increases and contribute to purchasing price performance across assigned categories Identify and manage supply and service continuity risks across facilities, MRO, tooling, services, office supplies, IT and other indirect requirement...
