Indicator Assembler/Watch Maker

Job Description Our client, a leading aerospace manufacturer, is looking for a Small Intricate Assembly Operative to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong fine assembly skills to work in a high-tech, precision-driven aerospace environment. Key Responsibilities Assembly of small, intricate aerospace indicator components to detailed work instructions and engineering drawings. Use of microscopes, hand tools, and precision measuring equipment. Carrying out fine soldering, wiring, crimping, and bonding tasks. In-process inspection and testing to strict aerospace standards. Accurate completion of production and quality documentation. Adherence to ESD, cleanroom, and health and safety procedures. Candidate Requirements Previous experience in aerospace, defence, electronics, or medical device assembly. Excellent manual dexterity and ability to work with very small, detailed parts. Ability to interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions. Experience with soldering, wiring, or micro-assembly (IPC standards desirable). Knowledge of aerospace quality systems (AS9100, ISO, IPC). Reliable, quality-focused, and a good team player.
