We''re seeking a passionate and accomplished Independent Prescribing Pharmacist to join our innovative Digital Healthcare Team. Conduct online consultations, including video or telephone, and prescribe where clinically appropriateAdhere to our strict clinical and prescribing guidelinesUse our secure digital platform for all patient interactions and documentationParticipate in clinical meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional developmentTake responsibility for maintaining your own clinical skills, registration, and CPD requirementsWhat you''ll need to have
Independent Prescribing QualificationCurrent registration with GPhCAbility to make independent clinical decisions, while knowing when to seek support or collaborateExperience working in digital-first healthcare or a strong interest in delivering care through digital platformsClear and respectful communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different people and situationsComfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records, with a willingness to learn new systemsIt would be great if you also have
Experience working in online-only or hybrid clinical settingsFamiliarity with digital tools such as online prescribing software, Slack, Google Workspace, and ChromeExperience in weight management and/or dermatologyInterest in contributing to the continuous improvement of digital healthcare productsPrevious experience working in a Boots store or similar retail healthcare environmentOur benefits
