We are proud to be partnering with a Local Authority in Hertfordshire, who are looking to appoint a Independent Living Services Manager on a 6 month temporary contractThis will be a full-time position lasting 6 months.The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing within a council or local authority, a full UK drivers licence and access to a vehicle. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Overseeing the running of four independent living schemes within the councilManaging a team of three team leaders and 10 Scheme ManagersAct as strategic lead to ensure the delivery of a high-quality service Experience required: Experience managing a team Experience working with a housing association or council Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Great organisational skillsComprehensive knowledge of housing legislation Working hours: 37 hours per weekMonday Friday, 9am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.Don t forget our recommendation scheme: Recommend a friend or colleague to us and receive up to £100 each once they have completed 20 days in a role via James Andrews!
