About the role: As a Service Officer, as you''ll be known internally, you will: Oversee building safety and ensure a secure environment for all residents Manage tenancies, including viewings, settling in new residents, and handling sign-ups Conduct fire risk assessments and report on any communal or individual repair requirements Take part in resident meetings and help resolve light anti-social behaviour issues as they arise Provide a friendly, approachable presence onsite, ensuring residents feel supported and valued This is a hands-on, on-site role based at Grace House, NW5.
