Independent Living Cleaner

Job description Provide high-quality cleaning across communal areas of Independent Living schemes Complete scheduled and ad-hoc cleaning tasks to maintain excellent standards Operate and manage the on-site laundry service where applicable Carry out weekly water outlet flushing and assist with compliance tasks, including fire alarm testing Report maintenance issues, health and safety concerns and customer welfare matters Maintain cleaning supplies and support the upkeep of communal facilities and guest rooms Deliver excellent customer service and respond professionally to customer queries Work closely with colleagues to ensure a safe, clean and welcoming environment Requirements Previous professional cleaning experience Laundry service experience desirable Good communication and customer service skills Able to work independently, prioritise tasks and adapt to changing workloads Knowledge of Health and Safety and COSHH regulations Basic record-keeping and IT skills Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites Flexible to work occasional evenings or weekends when required Benefits Pension contributions up to 10% Retail discounts Life assurance (5נsalary) Family and parental leave Health and wellbeing support Training and development Recognition programme Free eye tests ..... full job details .....
