Unlike many adviser roles, there is no requirement to build a client bank from scratch or rely on self-generated new business. Your primary focus will be on providing high-quality advice, developing long-term client relationships and identifying planning opportunities within an existing portfolio of clients. You will be supported by experienced paraplanning and administration teams, allowing you to spend more of your time working with clients and delivering advice.
