Independent Domestic Violence Advocate

We have an exciting opportunity for an Independent Domestic Violence Advisor specialising in supporting service from Racially Minoritised Communities to join the New Era team working 37.5 hours per week. The role will focus on the identifying risk and meeting the needs of those affected by domestic abuse with a focus on supporting service user from Racially Minoritised Communities. A strong understanding of the additional barriers and support needs experienced by people from Racially Minoritised Communities is essential. The successful candidate will have the knowledge and skills to provide culturally responsive support, recognising the unique challenges that individuals may face when accessing services and support.
