We''re looking for an experienced domestic abuse professional to join our Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) team. Our IDVAs have key roles within our community, as they provide short to medium term support to high-risk victim/survivors of domestic abuse empowering survivors to understand and overcome their current situation, allowing them to move forward and regain control of their lives. What you ll do: Manage your case load, making sure each victim/survivor referred receives the appropriate service that fits their individual needs.
