This role is working full time ideally with standard hours between Monday Friday 9am-5pm totalling 35 weekly hours, with part time to be considered if no suitable full time appointment. As a Case manager you will identify and implement suitable interventions with high harm, high risk Domestic Abuse Perpetrators through a combination of support work, behaviour change and disrupt activities that enhances victim/survivor safety. You ll work closely with multi-agency partner representatives, to both gather and disseminate information that informs and guides your work in alignment with national standards and best practice.
