Location: GloucestershireStart date: ASAPHome-working: Three days working from home per weekLength of Contract: 12 monthsPay: 32,750 to 33,050Hours of work: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Your duties in this role would include: Chasing rent arrears from tenants, ranging in value of accountArranging repayment plans with tenants and giving out benefits/UC adviceOffering advice on housing benefits to clientsEnabling clients to maximise their incomeAttending clients'' homes for visits to discuss their rental accountsHandling court paperwork process, attending court if required and service noticesHelping clients to sustain their tenancies and signposting them to external support services Essential requirements for this role: Ability to support clients, ensuring they understand any issues and advising themExperience in chasing rent arrears in some capacityAbility to manage a patch of properties and manage time effectively Added benefits for you:25 days annual leave per yearGreat pension schemeFlexible client with a friendly environment If this position is of interest to you and feel you possess the required skills set, please apply via this advert and we will get in contact with you.
