You will manage cases from court preparation through to enforcement, including eviction where necessary, balancing firm action with a fair and supportive approach.Key responsibilities include:Managing a caseload across all legal stages of arrears recoveryPreparing court documentation, including witness statements and case filesLiaising with external legal representatives and acting as a key point of contactAttending court and representing the organisation where requiredMaking informed decisions on enforcement action, balancing risk and customer impactHandling high volumes of customer contact and meeting performance targetsSupporting residents with advice and signposting to help sustain tenancies where possibleWorking collaboratively with internal teams including Housing, Finance and LegalAbout you You will bring strong experience in arrears ..... full job details .....
