With a strong focus on supporting communities and sustaining tenancies, the organisation manages a diverse housing portfolio and is committed to delivering excellent customer service while ensuring rental income is effectively managed.  Your new role As an Income Officer, you will take ownership of a designated patch, manage rent accounts and support customers to sustain their tenancies.
