BDS Recruitment have an exciting and-new opportunity for an-Income Collection-Officer

This is a temp ongoing role in the first instance with good potential to become permanent at a later date.-

Rates from -28.56 per hour umbrella.-

The role will work within the leasehold department where you will be responsible for-calling Leaseholders and taking outstanding payments for ground rent. You will also- on occasion be required to-to write to Leaseholders if are not able to get through by phone.

Previous experience-witin-Income/rent collections is preferred.-
