      <description>Location: Rochdale | Salary: 45696.00-45696.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | At Rochdale Boroughwide Housing (RBH), we have a great opportunity for an Income Manager to join our Neighbourhoods - Income Services Team and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Income Team, ensuring performance improvement and delivery against KPIs and service standards.What you will be doing:Work with colleagues across RBH and develop strong external partnerships to ensure the Society has an effective approach to income collection and arrears reduction.Day to day management of the Income Team, including 121s, performance discussions and other line management responsibilities as required.
