Income Generation Manager Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)Location: Hybrid working with home-based flexibility and occasional travel for meetings and networking eventsContract: Permanent, Full TimeReporting to: Chief Executive Officer / Senior Leadership Team About the Role We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Income Generation Manager to lead the development and delivery of an ambitious income generation strategy for a well-established charitable organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to build and shape a newly created role, developing sustainable income streams that support the organisation''s long-term growth and impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a three to five-year income generation strategy, securing both unrestricted and restricted funding, and identifying new commercial opportunities. The organisation is looking for an individual who can build relationships, create new networks, and establish income-generating activities from the ground up.
