We are looking for a performance-driven Income Manager to lead a team and deliver an effective income recovery service within a large, socially responsible housing organisation. Role Details: Permanent position Salary: up to £52,000 per annum Full-time, hybrid flexibility depending on location Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of Customer Account Leads and Recovery Officers Deliver consistent and customer-focused income management services Monitor performance against KPIs and manage arrears across the full lifecycle Collaborate across departments to improve outcomes and support complex cases Deputise for the Regional Income Manager as needed Manage up to 20,000 accounts with a value of up to £8.5M in arrears Skills and Experience Required: Senior-level experience in income collection, debt recovery, or tenancy services Strong team leadership and coaching skills Excellent communication and customer service capability Knowledge of Housing Law, Welfare Reform, and legal protocols for arrears Able to analyse and report on performance data to drive service improvements Skilled in working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders Why Apply?
