      <description>Location: East Riding of Yorkshire | Salary: &amp;pound;48000/annum | Type: Permanent | Income Manager    -48,000    Permanent    Kirklees, West Yorkshire / Hybrid    37 hours per week      We are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider in West Yorkshire, for an Income Manager to join their management team on a permanent basis. The role will oversee both the Rents Team, as well as Financial Inclusion.  2-3 days a week will be required in their offices.      Responsibilities of the Income Manager include:    Managing a team of 3 Rent Arrears Officers, 3 Financial Inclusion Officers and 1 Assistant    Leading the team to provide proactive and efficient income collection and economic inclusion support services to tenants.   Preventing the accrual of rent arrears by ensuring proactive account management and assisting tenants to maximise their income, minimising tenancy failure and evictions.
