Income Manager

We are urgently seeking an experienced Income Manager with a strong background in local government housing to join our client on a four-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Civica systems, specifically for rent calculations and account management.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Conduct detailed rent calculations and perform deep dives into Civica to monitor day-to-day operations and scrutinise processes.
- Manage a variety of payments to residents using third-party products such as Cash Perks.
- Handle recharges and be familiar with metering and billing for sustainable heating systems.
- Oversee year-end work, ensuring all financial activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain and monitor team systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Income Manager within local government housing.
- Excellent knowledge of Civica, with the ability to perform complex rent reviews and account management.
- Experience with third-party payment systems and sustainable heating system billing.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for effective monitoring and housekeeping of financial processes.
- Ability to lead and manage a team, ensuring all members are aligned with the organisation''s goals and compliance requirements.
