You will work closely with residents to understand their financial circumstances, providing guidance to help them keep their rent accounts clear and set up realistic payment plans. Additionally, you will play a key role in recovering former resident debt in line with organisational procedures. Responsibilities:  Current Resident Debt Maintain up-to-date rent accounts and maintain regular contact with residents. Contact residents via phone or in person following missed or incomplete payments to agree on manageable payment arrangements. Provide guidance on income, expenditure, and budgeting to support effective money management. Confirm all payment agreements in writing and maintain accurate records on internal systems.
