Yearly salary -35,574 working 37 hours a week . This is a temporary position, working on a hybrid basis, with visits to tenants'' homes, within a 6 mile radius from the office. Please note that hybrid working will begin after 2-3 full weeks spent in the office, and after this time, the individual will likely be in the office 1-2 days a week. Duties: Monitor all current account in arrears and take action Maximise customer income through welfare benefits and advice Prepare and issue notices of cases for legal action Manage court action, Notices Seeking Possession ( NOSPs ), and possession proceedings Attend evictions , working with bailiffs and locksmiths Other duties stated on formal job specification provided at time of registration Benefits: -35,574 per annum -18.49 per hour Mileage paid for off-site tenant meetings Experience required: Previous income management, tenancy management experience Housing law, welfare benefits, ...
