We partner with other consultancies, government departments, and private sector organisations to deliver a "one team approach" for solving complex change across public and private sector programmes.We are seeking several Income Generation Managers/Portfolio Leads to drive commercial opportunities across a complex defence estate. Working across a significant portfolio of infrastructure, our team will identify and deliver innovative income-generating opportunities that maximise estate value while supporting sustainability and operational priorities.Our team will:Identify and deliver commercial opportunities that generate sustainable income from estate assets.Lead commercial projects, programmes or portfolios, ensuring opportunities are aligned with wider estate and organisational objectives.Develop business cases, commercial strategies, financial appraisals and investment proposals.Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders to embed commercial thinking across the estate.Ensure opportunities are delivered in accordance with governance, legal, regulatory and security requirements.At senior levels, provide strategic leadership, and influence investment decisions across the wider estate.Our consultants will have experience in:Estate management, asset ..... full job details .....
