As a key part of the service, you''ll help support the delivery of essential business functions by working closely with customers, internal departments and external partner agencies.In this role, you''ll contribute to the effective and efficient operation of our income collection processes, with a particular focus on managing and reducing former tenant arrears, which will make up approximately 50% of the role. You''ll independently manage a caseload, engage with former tenants and negotiate affordable and sustainable repayment arrangements.What we''re looking for: Experience in an administrative role and working to tight deadlinesExperience of working in a targeted environment and delivering on KPI''sAble to work as part of a team and on own initiative to meet objectives/deadlines.
