We are committed to promoting inclusion, equality, and the rights of people who often face barriers to being heard.About the Role The Elfrida Society is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Inclusive Sports Assistant to support our award-winning Inclusive Sports Programme. This is an exciting opportunity to support young people and adults aged 16+ with learning disabilities and autism to take part in fun, inclusive sports and community activities, working alongside our Sports Project Manager, coaches, and volunteers, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment where participants can build confidence, develop friendships, and improve their health and wellbeing.Our current programme includes activities such as Elfrida FC football training, tennis, basketball, fitness sessions, and cricket delivered across locations including Islington, Muswell Hill and Tottenham also the occasional community events across North London.This role is ideal for someone with an interest in disability sport, community engagement, health and wellbeing, or sports coaching.
