We're looking for an organised and proactive  Inclusive Practice Administrator  to join our Inclusive Learning team. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a vital role in supporting learners with SEND by ensuring the smooth operation of the department's administrative processes.  Working closely with the Inclusive Learning and Safeguarding teams, you'll help coordinate key activities, maintain accurate records and provide high-quality administrative support that enables learners to access the support they need to succeed.  What you'll do:  	 Coordinate the administrative process for learners with SEND transitioning from schools and other education providers into the College. 	 Support the organisation of Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) reviews, including arranging meetings, preparing documentation and recording accurate minutes.
