Inclusive Learning MentorJob Title: Inclusive Learning MentorLocation: HarrowSalary: 18-23 Pounds per day (Depending On Your experience)Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time / Temporary or PermanentAbout the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and motivated Inclusive Learning Mentor to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), learning difficulties, and additional support needs to achieve their full potential.Working closely with curriculum teams, Learning Support Assistants, and external professionals, you will provide personalised support to help learners develop their literacy, numeracy, communication, independence, and employability skills. You will play a key role in creating an inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-to-one and small-group support to learners across a range of curriculum areas.Support students to develop literacy, numeracy, communication, and study skills.Assist learners in achieving their individual learning goals and EHCP outcomes.Build positive relationships that encourage confidence, resilience, and independence.Support learners with social, emotional, and behavioural needs where required.Assist students to access classroom activities, enrichment opportunities, work placements, and community-based learning.Provide personal care and mobility support where required, following individual care plans and risk assessments.Work collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, ..... full job details .....
