Inclusive Learning Lecturer (15 month FTC)

This is an exciting opportunity to deliver engaging, personalised learning programmes that empower students with SEND to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to succeed in education, employment and independent living.Working as part of a highly supportive team, you''ll deliver outstanding teaching, provide pastoral support and help create an inclusive learning environment where every learner feels valued, challenged and inspired to achieve their ambitions.What you''ll do:Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that meet the individual needs of learners with SEND.Act as a personal tutor, supporting learners'' academic progress, wellbeing and personal development.Develop personalised learning programmes that enable students to achieve positive outcomes and progress successfully.Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate records.Work collaboratively with Learning Support staff and curriculum colleagues to ensure students receive appropriate support.Create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment where learners can thrive.Contribute to curriculum development and continuously improve teaching, learning and assessment.Build positive relationships with parents, ..... full job details .....
