Inclusion Team Member - Secondary School Location: Insert Location £110-£130 per day (depending on experience) Start: ASAP / Next Week Long-term role with potential to go permanentThe RoleWe are working with a forward-thinking secondary school seeking a strong Inclusion Team Member to join their pastoral and behaviour team. This is a key role within the school, focused on supporting students who may face challenges with behaviour, engagement, and emotional regulation.You will play a vital part in promoting a positive Culture for Learning (CFL) across the school, working closely with students, staff, parents, and external agencies.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small group mentoring to students requiring additional supportSupport students with SEMH, behaviour, and engagement needsRespond to behaviour incidents and CFL callouts effectivelyBuild strong relationships with students to improve attendance, behaviour, and outcomesWork closely with teaching staff to support behaviour within lessonsLiaise with parents and external agencies to support student progressMonitor and support the implementation of CFL strategies across the schoolWhat We''re Looking ForExperience working in a school, PRU, or SEMH settingStrong behaviour management and de-escalation skillsConfident working with challenging behaviourAbility to build rapport with hard-to-reach studentsCalm, resilient, and proactive approachStrong communication and teamwork skillsIdeal BackgroundsBehaviour MentorYouth ..... full job details .....
