Academics is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Slough that is looking to appoint a dedicated Inclusion Teaching Assistant from September 2026. This long-term opportunity is ideal for graduates who are considering a future career in teaching, educational psychology, counselling, speech and language therapy, or SEN support. As an Inclusion Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning by providing tailored support throughout the school day. You''ll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure every child receives the encouragement and guidance they need to succeed.
