This is a full-time opportunity supporting pupils across Key Stages 2 and 3 who require additional support with their learning, behaviour and emotional development.  We are looking for someone who is confident, resilient and passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to education.   Key Responsibilities   Provide individual and small-group support to pupils across KS2 and KS3.  Support pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.  Implement positive behaviour management strategies.  Help pupils engage with learning and develop confidence.
