Inclusion Support Worker KS2/KS3Wakefield 8:15am 3:00pm £89 £108 per dayPK Education are recruiting for an Inclusion Support Worker to work within a KS2 and KS3 provision in Wakefield.We re looking for someone who can build positive relationships with young people who may need additional support to engage with education, regulate their emotions and behaviour, and successfully access learning.The role will involve:• Supporting pupils across Key Stages 2 and 3 • Providing 1:1 and small-group support • Helping pupils engage positively with learning and school routines • Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation • Building consistent, professional relationships with pupils • Working closely with teaching and pastoral staffWe re particularly interested in hearing from people with experience in SEMH, behaviour support, alternative provision, SEND, youth work, mentoring or pastoral support.You ll need to be calm, resilient and confident supporting young people who may present challenging behaviour, with the ability to build rapport while maintaining clear and consistent boundaries.If you have experience supporting children or young people and are looking for your next role in Wakefield, apply today through PK Education.For a smooth and efficient registration process, you must be able to provide at least two years worth of references.
