We’re looking for someone who can build positive relationships with young people who may need additional support to engage with education, regulate their emotions and behaviour, and successfully access learning. The role will involve: • Supporting pupils across Key Stages 2 and 3 • Providing 1:1 and small-group support • Helping pupils engage positively with learning and school routines • Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation • Building consistent, professional relationships with pupils • Working closely with teaching and pastoral staff We’re particularly interested in hearing from people with experience in SEMH, behaviour support, alternative provision, SEND, youth work, mentoring or pastoral support .
