This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting vulnerable young people and helping them successfully reintegrate into mainstream education.The role will focus on working with students who require additional pastoral, behavioural, or emotional support, helping them overcome barriers to learning and develop the skills and confidence needed to thrive in the classroom.About the Role Working closely with the Inclusion Team, pastoral staff, SENCo, and teaching staff, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Providing targeted support to students who are at risk of disengaging from education Working on a 1:1 and small-group basis to improve behaviour, attendance, and engagement Supporting pupils in developing strategies to regulate emotions and manage behaviour positively Delivering interventions focused on resilience, self-esteem, and social skills Assisting students during periods of transition back into mainstream lessons Building strong relationships with pupils to promote trust, confidence, and positive outcomes Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teaching and pastoral staff Working collaboratively with families and ..... full job details .....
