We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Inclusion Support Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the LS10/LS11 area of Leeds.This is a full-time, long-term opportunity, ideal for experienced support staff or individuals looking to build a rewarding career in education.The RoleAs an Inclusion Support Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support to access learning and achieve their full potential. You will support children across the primary age range, helping to promote engagement, confidence and independence both inside and outside the classroom.Key responsibilities include:Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs.Assisting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and other barriers to learning.Supporting the delivery of tailored interventions and learning activities.Working collaboratively with the class teacher, SENCO and wider school staff.Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging pupil participation.Building strong, supportive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.The Ideal CandidatePrevious experience working with ..... full job details .....
