Inclusion Support Practitioner
Location: Northampton
Start date: ASAP – Ongoing
Salary: £15 per hour
Hours: Flexible, term-time with additional duties
An inclusive and forward-looking primary school is seeking an Inclusion Support Practitioner to join their team. You will plan and deliver lessons, lead small group work, and cover classes when needed. Your work will support pupils with diverse needs, fostering emotional wellbeing and inclusion. You’ll also collaborate with the SENDCo, contribute to intervention planning, and support the school’s inclusive values.
RequirementsYou will need:
Proven experience working in a UK school setting
Ability to teach small groups and cover lessons
Skills in planning differentiated learning
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Commitment to inclusion and children’s welfare
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
