      <description>Location: Northampton | Salary: &amp;pound;24413 - &amp;pound;25583/annum | Type: Permanent | Inclusion Mentor    Location:  Northamptonshire  Salary:  Point 3 (Trust Support Staff Pay Scale)  Hours:  37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus 5 training days)   Working Hours:    Monday to Thursday: 8:15am - 4:30pm  Friday: 8:15am - 4:00pm  45-minute unpaid lunch break daily    Are you passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning?
