Inclusion Lead (Fully Remote) - £370 per daySomerset Council 6-month interim contractWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Inclusion Lead to support vulnerable learners and drive positive educational outcomes. This is a fully remote opportunity offering a competitive day rate of £370, ideal for a professional passionate about inclusion, safeguarding, and multi-agency work.The RoleAs an Inclusion Lead, you will play a vital role in supporting learners at risk of exclusion or disengagement. You will work collaboratively with schools, families, and external agencies to ensure every young person has access to appropriate, high-quality education provision.Key ResponsibilitiesLead on individual learner case management, coordinating timely and effective multi-agency interventionsDevelop and implement personalised education and progression plansOversee alternative provision placements, ensuring they are purposeful and outcome-focusedAttend and contribute to multi-agency meetings, including TAC, PEP reviews, and safeguarding discussionsMonitor attendance, engagement, and wellbeing, taking early action to prevent disengagementPromote student voice, empowering learners to actively shape their educational journeyAbout YouStrong experience working with Children Looked After and/or Early YearsSolid understanding of SEND, safeguarding, and statutory responsibilitiesProven case management and multi-agency coordination experienceExcellent communication and organisational skillsA ..... full job details .....
