Inclusion Assistant for SEN students

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join in the future development of a Secondary school working with Affinity Workforce based in BS20.
Affinity Workforce Solutions are seeking to appoint a keen and committed Inclusion assistant/learning support assistant to support our students, including individuals and groups, both academically and socially.
The successful applicant:
- Have a sound understanding of Secondary Education
- Develop a good understanding of the student''s EHCP - their strengths, needs, outcomes and practice.
- Have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum
- Will be a team player, as well as using their initiative.
- Have excellent literacy, Numeracy, and communication skills.
- Have experience of working with children with a range of additional needs including Autism, Speech and language difficulties both in smalls groups and 1:1.
- Have a positive approach and be flexible to the demands of the job.
