Key responsibilities include:Leading incident management across low, medium, and high-priority eventsCoordinating internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure rapid resolutionManaging incidents impacting healthcare systems and patient-critical servicesSupporting and maintaining stability across Dynamics 365 (D365) platformsPrioritising incidents based on business and patient impactDriving root cause analysis and implementing preventative measuresContinuously improving incident management processes and documentationMonitoring incident trends and identifying recurring issuesProviding clear communication to stakeholders, including senior leadershipEnsuring best practice is followed across IT and operational teamsAbout YouYou''ll be confident, composed under pressure, and experienced in regulated or critical environments.
